Watch this video, then read my statement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrOzY86YcEM

I took a break from Facebook in May 2021. At that time, I stopped updating my personal page, created a website, and started this blog.

This is a tenured professor at a public university in Michigan, who was suspended after creating this provocative and satirical video. His university has a mask mandate for students. The University of Iowa does not have a mask mandate, and administrators from the Provost down the chain have openly threatened professors that ask students to wear masks in class.

My husband, whom I love very much, when I don't want to kill him (thanks pre-menopause), was mandated to teach all his classes in person again this semester, beginning the day after MLK's birthday. He was not asked, he was told. He has 250 students in his large lecture, and only about half of them wear masks on any given day. Not surprisingly, he has almost 100% compliance with students wearing masks in the Honors class.

This tenured professor was suspended for speaking out against the administration at his school because there is NO VACCINE MANDATE. In Iowa, professors cannot even mandate MASKS in their own classrooms. Statistics for vaccinations are completely fabricated by administrators based on students self reporting whether they are vaccinated, so my husband, who is vaccinated and wears a mask in his classroom, can only guess that the majority are unvaccinated.

Education in the United States is going down the drain. I am legally disabled. I love my husband, and his income supports our family. I hope that in June 2022 we will celebrate 16 years of marriage.

To say that I wish ill upon the students, legislators, administrators, and general public that see Covid as "no big deal," is an understatement. If he succumbs to Covid because of YOUR careless attitude, I am coming for you, and it won't be pretty.
